Roadside Assistance Service (RAS)

Independent Contractors

Most AAA service providers are independent contractors and not agents or employees of the Club. The Club cannot guarantee that they will have all of the parts or facilities you need for your car, nor will the Club accept responsibility for repairs, or the availability, delivery, or installation of parts. All parts used and services provided must be authorized and paid for by you. Any claim for damage should be reported promptly to the facility’s owner within 10 days of occurrence. If such a claim is not met to your satisfaction, please report it to the Club’s Field Operations Department within 30 days of claim damage. AAA will make an effort to mediate the dispute after an investigation.
