Additional Services
AAA Plus and AAA Premier are enhanced membership
levels available at an additional cost. They expand on the
benefits offered by the AAA Classic membership.
Extended benefits are effective seven days after the date
of sale, if paid in full.
AAA PLUS
AAA Plus provides all the benefits of the AAA Classic membership, plus the following additional RAS related benefits:
- Towing to any destination within 100 miles of the breakdown.
- An additional truck and driver for one hour for the extrication of covered vehicles.
- Delivery of a limited amount of fuel free of charge.
- Up to $100 reimbursement for parts and labor of a locksmith, when required.
If the AAA Plus member elects to have his or her car towed back to the servicing contract station after a breakdown and that station is unable to make the necessary repair or the member chooses not to have the car repaired by the contractor, the member is entitled to a tow to another service facility within the towing benefit limits provided by the membership.
AAA PREMIER
AAA Premier provides all the benefits of the AAA Plus membership, plus the following additional RAS related benefits.
AAA Premier extends the towing benefit to any destination within 200 miles of the breakdown on one of your four allowable service calls per member. The remaining three service calls may be used for tows of up to 100 miles.
HOME LOCKOUT SERVICE
AAA Premier provides for up to $100 reimbursement
in commercial locksmith costs for home lockout service.
Covered locksmith services are limited to the cost of
re-keying, changing locks, or making a new key in order
to gain entry to the home from outside, or if the keys are
lost or stolen. Any charges in excess of $100, as well as
all charges associated with any other residential locksmith
services, are at the member’s expense. Home lockout
service is limited to one usage per AAA Premier household
per membership year, but is not counted as one of
the four allowable RAS requests. Home lockout service
is reserved for a AAA Premier member’s primary residence
within the area served by AAA Missouri only and
excludes all other buildings or locked areas. Home
lockout service is not transferable to any other person.
The AAA Premier member must be present and have
photo identification and proof of residence. In the case of
rental property, approval of the property owner may be
required. See the Reimbursements section for additional
information on obtaining reimbursement for home lockout
service.
AAA PLUS RV AND PREMIER RV SERVICES
AAA Plus RV and AAA Premier RV are enhanced membership
levels available at an additional cost. They expand on
the benefits offered by the AAA Plus and AAA Premier
memberships respectively by extending RAS to Recreational
Vehicles (RVs). Covered RVs include motor homes, pickup
trucks with campers, travel trailers (including fifth-wheel
travel trailers), camping trailers, motorcycles, motorcycle and
snowmobile trailers and boat trailers. Coverage is not
provided for horse/livestock trailers, for utility trailers, for
boat trailers in water, or other trailers not containing living
accommodations or not carrying a boat, motorcycle, or snowmobile.
A seven-day wait period exists from the date of sale
prior to use of the extended benefits. For AAA Premier RV
members, one of the four allowable service calls can be a tow
of up to 200 driving miles for a Recreational Vehicle, but will
be limited to one per household per year.
Whatever type of truck or special equipment is required
to safely provide covered services for eligible RVs will be
used. In the event an RV is disabled while pulling a
trailer covered by the rules, including fifth wheel trailers,
a tow will be provided to the disabled vehicle and the
trailer. Car haulers/dollies are not a covered trailer.
If the tire of an RV cannot be changed, or if the RV is a
motorcycle, towing of the RV will be provided.
