In addition to the Premier benefits mentioned throughout the Handbook these additional benefits are exclusive to the Premier member. Use the AAA Premier toll free number on the back of your membership card for assistance with these services, unless otherwise noted below.
Hertz #1 Club Gold Membership
Each Premier Primary Member is entitled to a 1 year complimentary Hertz #1 Club Gold membership, a $60 value. Hertz’ #1 Gold program provides the most reputable express rental service to its members to make each rental personal and effortless. To enroll please do the following:
- You must register as a AAA member on AAA.com prior to applying for the Hertz Club Gold benefit.
- To enroll in Hertz Club Gold you must then go to AAA.com/gold and complete the online application.
- You will then be given your priority code, which you can use for future Hertz Club Gold rentals.
Reduced Airline and Rail Service Fees
Special member rates apply at select hotels around the country, and around the world. For airline and rail reservations, visit a AAA Travel location. We’ll be happy to make all the arrangements for you. As a AAA Premier member, you can take advantage of reduced airline and rail ticket service fees, a $10 value.
One Day Complimentary Rental with AAA Covered Tow
If your vehicle is towed in your home club territory (MO, IL, KS, AR, LA, MS, So. IN) and you are stranded without transportation, just ask us for help! We’ll arrange a standard class rental car for one day at no charge from the Auto Club’s preferred rental car provider. (Rental cars are subject to availability.) With AAA Premier, each cardholder is entitled to a one-day standard class rental car per membership year, when the tow is one of the four allowable Roadside Assistance calls. Service must be provided by the preferred rental car provider and arranged through AAA Missouri. The AAA Premier member has up to 48 hours from the time of the tow to call AAA and request the one-day complimentary rental car. AAA Premier members are responsible for subsequent days rental charges, upgrades, vehicle insurance, mileage and fuel charges, and any other charges, fees and taxes. Normal rental qualifications, including age restrictions, and other restrictions apply.
If a AAA Premier member is out of their home Club territory or at least 100 miles away from their primary residence at the point of the tow, and needs to use their complimentary rental car benefit, the member can take advantage of their “Trip Interruption” benefit (administered by World Access).
Trip Interruption & Vehicle Return Coverage*
AAA Premier Trip Interruption & Vehicle Return benefits provide members added greater peace of mind when on trips of 100 driving miles or more from home. If your trip is delayed due to an accident, mechanical breakdown, car theft, unexpected illness or injury or severe weather, you can be reimbursed up to $750 for covered out-of-pocket expenses, including meals and accommodations; OR for substitute transportation to continue your trip. And you can be reimbursed up to $500 to help you get your car back home if an unexpected illness or injury prevents you from completing your trip.

Ride Assist
If a Premier member is involved in an accident or a breakdown, a AAA representative can help you make rental car and other transportation reservations.
Accident Assist
As a Premier member, at the time of an accident or breakdown, when you call for Roadside Assistance, a AAA representative can help you contact family members, locate restaurants and find hotel accommodations if you are out of town.
Route Assist
If a Premier member should get lost on the road within the United States, call us for directions.
24 Hour Emergency & Medical Assistance
As a Premier member, you can now rest easy knowing someone will be available to assist you over the phone when you are at least 100 miles away from home; on a leisure trip and run into problems. This service is offered on an unlimited basis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at no additional cost to you! Within the U.S. and Canada, call 1-877-257-8074. Automotive Information Service
If you have a concern about the performance of your car, you can take your questions straight to our experts. As a AAA Premier member, you can receive free advice on vehicle problems and repairs. This service is available Mon-Fri., 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
24 Hour Concierge Service
Concierge service provides Premier members ticketing/reservations for theatre, sporting events, tee times, limousines, and health clubs. The concierge service also provides information and directions on festivals, weather, ATM locations, gift basket and floral delivery, shopping and more. This service is offered on an unlimited basis and at no additional cost to you!
Free New Vehicle Pricing Report
As a AAA Premier member, you may request a comprehensive new car vehicle pricing report. The report includes vehicle ownership costs, sample driving costs and, if available, crashworthiness data. Each Premier member can receive up to three free reports by mail per membership year.
