Indiana – The Indiana Department of Insurance has issued a 60-day moratorium for cancellation on non-payment of premium for any policyholder residing in the areas impacted by the storms and flooding. The effective date for this cancellation moratorium is from May 30 to August 17.
Missouri – The Missouri Department of Insurance has requested that we provide extended grace periods for premium payments and claims documentation procedures for those policyholders who are affected by the flooding. We are complying with this request during this difficult time.
