Employees are honored at annual celebratory luncheons when:
- They have worked for AAA 25 years or more
- are top producers
- have retired from our organization
The goals for these events are to generate camaraderie and provide a well-deserved pat-on-the-back for a job well done. Praising people who make our company great through their high achievements is an important part of our culture.
