Periodically one hour lunch and learn programs are presented on a wide range of topics requested by employees. The company invites guest speakers to present the topic of interest. Some recent topics were:

- Crafts for the holidays
- Self-defense class
- History of the 1904 World's Fair
- Tips for keeping your home and children safe
Employees provide ideas for future classes through write-in areas on the current class' evaluation form. This creates a fun, social activity for employees and piques their interest in varying subjects.
