- If a reservation was made with an agent, contact the agent:

- If a reservation was made online, visit "My Reservations" to access the booking.
Note: some booking cannot be cancelled online. Also, cancellations may require a penalty or may be restricted. Consult the booking rules for details or e-mail us.
